Technical growth, training, transfer, opportunity with other clients, guidence on finding jobs after contract period completion were not provided. Apart from the above harrasment, torture from the client team is plus.

Nisg depute the employee to government Project on fixed tenure of 3 years. In this 3 years employee get max 7 % increment if he perform outstanding. There is no scope of skill development. There is no work life as government official does not give value to these Nisg peoples. No canteen facility even tea also you have to buy from your money. You cannot even take leave on time.

Dislikes

No medical facility to employee and their parents. They usually tell that we will provide Mediclaim but they deduct amount of 40k per Annum from your salary. In any case if you raise concern to Nisg Hr, you will be instructed to search new job. Yes one good thing with this company that your salary will be in your account by 31st of every month. Strongly recommend if you don’t have any job then you may plan else better to stay with your company.

Very good company to work, they have big client base, which helps me to work with so many client. Another plus point is my colleagues, they all have helped me a lot during my work tenure. As I worked with them from home so, they all make easy for me in all prospective. I used to go to office generally in every 3-4 months. This helps me alot to work. Love to work there and can easily recommend every one to join NISG.

Yes, they have low salary hike because they standard budget for every position and department, thats the negative point.

Likes

Depends on client. In UIDAI no culture, no respect, no defined work , no process. If you are working in good mnc or satisfied with your job , don't come in NISG. TRULY SAYING. BUT IF YOU DONT HAVE JOB THAN YOU CAN JOIN AS NO OTHER OPTIONS YOU HAVE.

...your job without any reason. One more thing mediclaim facilities also not there. You have to pay amount from salary. No increment no bonus.

When you work here then you shall be offered ample of opportunities in Govt Projects and will make you learn by your own efforts. You get to travel within the state where you are deputed. While travelling the company shall provide good arrangements and travel facilities. Salary also comes on time.

Dislikes

No growth opportunities unless you apply for an IJP. Salary hike will not be more than 10% even though you give in 100%
