There is not much good things to like at NBA. The only thing that I liked is that if you have any genuine reason for being absent from your duties(reasons like death/illness/ birth in family), the management will understands it. `

Dislikes

The salary appraisal depends on your personal relationship with the head of the organization. There is no job security even if you are giving your 100% to the company. Only few teammates are kind. No career growth, no travel allowances, no work satisfaction.

Likes

Working in National Board of accreditation i have gained more confidence and learned how work under pressure which has improved my skills. As NBA is an autonomous body which comes under ministry of Human resource development one come to know about the work culture of govt. sector as well. Overall my experience of working with NBA is satisfactory. You also grow as an individual, your command in English also improves as you have the direct communication with Vice Chancellors of the Institution world wide. I have learned a lot from this company. The head of the department is very cooperative and understanding person. He treats his staff as a family but very punctual about his work. Environment is also friendly.

Dislikes

Every company have certain loop holes which should be discovered once you are working with them. But honestly m satisfied with my company and the quality of work. I have learned a lot.
