Its a corruption free organisation having opportunities for innovation and taking forward human development index. The mandate of the organisation provides opporunities for charitable works at the cost to the organisation.

Dislikes

...tever they earn from the organisation is the only earning on which they survive. Therefore compensation for their work should be granted with grace and dignity.

Nabard is excellent organisation,but they can,t understand much more problems which the farmers faced due to in absence of funds.etc

1 Self aprisal policy marks counting for promotion which not always true 2 I have to leave service due to transfer policy which was not fevorable towards me besides I was in domestic issues. 3 After retirement NABARD can offer contract basis job in my home town.

I have worked at RSETI approx 10 years, In this RSETi I have also worked with NABARD, and it was a good place to work and learn. NABARD is a an oldest and best organisation for Rural Development & Agriculture filed and also for employee, but unfortunately I could not get any chance to get in but my wishes is to become an employer of NABARD. It is tough but i would love to work with it. If ill get any chance to work with NABARD than i will serve whole my life to this department.

Farmers are supportive and seniors are also supportive. By doing that work I came to know about the problem of farmers. Got al lots of knowledge about price of the crop and may more things.

Some farmer are illiterate so it was very difficult for me to understand.
