I have worked at RSETI approx 10 years, In this RSETi I have also worked with NABARD, and it was a good place to work and learn. NABARD is a an oldest and best organisation for Rural Development & Agriculture filed and also for employee, but unfortunately I could not get any chance to get in but my wishes is to become an employer of NABARD. Farmers are supportive and seniors are also supportive. By doing that work I came to know about the problem of farmers. Got al lots of knowledge about price of the crop and may more things.

Some farmer are illiterate so it was very difficult for me to understand.
