...e them practice. Correction of notebook , textbooks and correcting exam papers..tooo risky and the pay is also not up to the mark...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Thank you

There is nothing secure here either work culture , job security, salary on time , no promotion. one thing is perfect here that is caller buttering and polishing of higher authority to secure their job only and nothing else. Horrible and toxic work culutre. I felt burn out here. In future i suggest do not join narayana.

Unprofessional dean and centrehead.no leaves are allowed. no salary hikes No right to speak.No proper HR policies. If someone likes all these can join there.

All management are corporate gundas. They donot know the value of a good teacher. Emi based heads are sitting there
