...nstitution. Zero motivation, least women empowerment and zero respect for women. Pay disparity in genders. Horrible work culture. The institution lacks basics of any educational society. No library, no lab, no staff room and nothing at all.

There is nothing to look forward in this institution. Zero motivation. Gender disparity in pay implementation. No women empowerment. No respect for women. They lack the basics if an educational institute. no library, no labs, no staff room and nothing at all. They just sell education. Disgusting. No culture at all leave alone work culture. They threaten to sack employees if we don't give up one day pay for the wedding of director ie sindhura narayana. I mean why should we? It's disgusting. All were in tears and cursing.

Students educational standards are good.

Dislikes

...pping the salaries of the employees on the basis of admissions, fees collection. Leaving employees salary not settling and not crediting. My advice is that , any organisation should send the employee happily by settling the working days salary. Every employee should feel happy and good relationship with organisation. After leaving the organisation employee should not do propaganda that " Narayana school won't settle the leaving employees.No job security".

Good curriculum , lesson plan, good atmosphere for study, Sports and Music now a days wonderful.

Neglecting Bengali subject. Being a senior teacher getting very less salary where's new comers getting high salary. In Salary system very much discrimination, some getting very high and some getting very low. It should be equal. Very frequently changing Principles.

More salary more work pressure and... Some areas lecturers have to for admissions and. All Over all good. Environment and study... For better future for students.. Faculty little under pressure

Salary used to come( even though most of the time it is delayed by 10-15 days).

Dislikes

Consistent pressure for results. Delayed salary . Extra long working hours. Management treating faculties as slave. No recognition for good work. Sometimes,even used to call faculties on Sundays.
