...nce our skill as a teacher. But as an employee there is little chance of growth. Salary structure is poorest of the poor. During pandemic more than half of the academic staffs have been asked to go for leave without payment and the remaining staffs are getting half salary. All sub staffs and administrative staffs were forced to leave the school. No transparency is there in the management. Thus question of satisfaction is far and foggy.

No job security, employees change as per head mind. If they comfortable with staff then u are safe otherwise you are fired without any reason. This is happening specially in Nagpur Branch. No appreciation. No Support

...pping the salaries of the employees on the basis of admissions, fees collection. Leaving employees salary not settling and not crediting. My advice is that , any organisation should send the employee happily by settling the working days salary. Every employee should feel happy and good relationship with organisation. After leaving the organisation employee should not do propaganda that " Narayana school won't settle the leaving employees.No job security".

Unprofessional dean and centrehead.no leaves are allowed. no salary hikes No right to speak.No proper HR policies. If someone likes all these can join there.

All management are corporate gundas. They donot know the value of a good teacher. Emi based heads are sitting there

Narayana School is a Great institution for learning and skills development but in terms of salary, appraisal and other benefits i will give rating as 5 out of 10. In terms Management in Kolkata it's good but in branch level management varries. There is no overtime and bonus for non-teaching employees. Working hours are fixed for all staff but in branch level it's not at all followed in West Bengal. Even school timings also vary branch to branch. After lot of work also there is no recognition for well skilled Accountants.

Comparing to other Big Schools in West Bengal Narayana Accountants are getting very low salary. There is no overtime and bonus for any staff, Comp-off is not there, Very low salary appraisal in terms of in-hand salary. ESI and PF both employee and employer share deducted from employee salary which make in-hand salary very low. There is no standard rules and regulations for all branches in West Bengal. Rules varry branch to branch and modified according to Head of institution or empowered person who is closed to higher authority. Uproffesional behaviour with non teaching staff.
