The company is good at excelling mainly in competitive exams like JEE, NEET. Other than this the staff seems to be really hard working but the benefits are less likely to few subject teachers.

Dislikes

There is no job security, no career growth,work environment seems to be exhausting with the over work burden.

I work as an English teacher teaching from classes 8,9 & 10th. Including this I also taught college students for one year for both 1st & 2nd years both PU and CBSE .

They aren't supporting in any aspects perticularly in this pandemic..they kept in active without intimation.. and not paying salaries from may onwards..I won't like it even a bit.

Apart from teaching, various roles of a teacher are emphasized in this school like talking to the parent and updating them with the variety of details that they wish to know about their children then and there through the mobile app. Also teaching is made unbelievably easy by providing the well-planned schedule in hand for andeach and every working day of the year and equipping the teachers with all the materials required to get the best result out of the children like notes for all the lessons, question papers for all the exams, a lot of revision sheets for every subject etc....Read More

Training up teachers. .is very good. one improves oneself very well . Actually according to me the chairperson doesn't know the situation of his teachers.They provide all facilities for the teachers ...even travelling allowance for the staff to attend workshops etc... to comfort them....but doesn't reach the staff bcoz of the deans n principals n others.If any teacher ,knowledgeable about the facility asks for it is treated as bad as possible.Very non cooperative internal heads such as principals...The big reason for staff leaving the institution frequently is this.God bless the efforts of the person to get the institution to this level.I personally believe if they want the best out of a teacher while a wholehearted and dedicated service the administration should be feasible n most cooperative and comforting which lacks here....Read More
