This is typical Lala company where everyone is trying to please Lala. Poor Salary structure. No benefits. Not even insurance. No organisation culture - You may find people yelling like street vendors.

...langing and yelling at you for even leaving at 8 PM. Work culture is for a toss. No salary on time. Forget your personal life. Pathetic HR who's work is that of a receptionist.

... are so many instances where I was allowed to take decisions and perform my job. They do provide salary hikes as well at appropriate time. All in all good company to work with.

Appraisals are good but could be better.

...security is ensured. Management is transparent and team is also very supportive. They provide good salary hike and appraisals are fair.

From the day one I have been impressed by the supportive and inclusive environment. The firm has an open culture with approachability even to the Managing Partner. He is open to ideas and suggestions to make the work happen. We have to be part of every process within the business, whether it be a BD, Project delivery or finance..it is team's effort and guidance of Partner. My Partner is more receptive and goal driven ..

Of course ..the work life balance comes to a compromise as the firm is a fast moving organisation
