Job security is there, the company has so many domestic and international clients. As a girl, I am very happy working here because of company's the very soft work culture & company work policies for women. Staff and management are very helpful

I have always felt secure at work and there is perfect work life balance. Senior Management is very good in running business and team. There are so many instances where I was allowed to take decisions and perform my job. They do provide salary hikes as well at appropriate time. All in all good company to work with.

There is absolutely nothing good about this company which can be liked

This company faces many issues with its work culture. There is a strong focus on hierarchy, and ego and attitude seem to be common. Office politics play a big role, and promotions and appraisals often seem to be given based on favoritism rather than actual performance. Leaders, including partners, managers, and directors, seem disconnected from the employees' needs, and there is a lack of effective team management. There is no clear work plan, and HR's role is mostly limited to onboarding, with little accountability. The work culture is demanding, with expectations of long daily commutes of 60-70 kilometers and pressure to work on weekends, including Saturdays and sometimes Sundays. The most pathetic company to work with..management is so worse.i worked for the pawer department and the head Mr Arindam Ghosh is such a liar. Never ever worked for him. He wants you to work all 7 days and 24x7..
