Middle Management Beurocratic mindset No process outlay and very lament approach when execution required. Few are working very hard and others are like parasites feeding upon their work. Process differs as per the convenience of Middle management.

It's a company being run by husband wife and their relatives. Lot of cheating in salary. They deduct monthly tax but do not give to govt. In form 16, this is caught and at last employee had to pay double tax.

...our skill and the contribution you are making and not based on your designation. One of the best pay scales in the Industry and the leadership team listens to you. There are many platforms for continuous learning, depending on your career track and interest. The best part is distance is made irrelevant among people with working from anywhere policy and this policy is going to stay.

Nothing much to add here, except the fact that compensation can be a little better but still better than most good companies.

Overall a good company to work with. Simple structure, good package and HR plays an important role.

Internal processes are too informal and cluttered for a manager to work. But that is not impacting anything on day to day work or compensation
