They provide there internal.platform to learn about new technogy, or business also they have lot of internal session to learn about conpany business, learn about consulting and lot more to add here. I would say 2 points: 1) Nagarro should start giving compensation hike once employee gets promoted. As employee take extra responsibility after every promotion and its a big moment for any employee. Similar to other companies start giving some percentage of hike during promotion as well. 2) Plan to keep annual hike cycle same for all. this way it will be easy for company to make any decision and it will not be a biased towards anyone.

Salary on time Senior Management is supportive.

Dislikes

Middle Management Beurocratic mindset No process outlay and very lament approach when execution required. Few are working very hard and others are like parasites feeding upon their work. Process differs as per the convenience of Middle management.

On time salary. Motivation to learning. Work from home or hybrid work culture.

Too many variables in salary structure. Very low appraisal after postponing it for 6 months. HRs are not supportive. Some project leads/ teams are partial and too much internal politics. No job security as silent layoffs are happening for over more than a year.

About NAGARRO , company is going down day by day . Already appraisals are postponed by 6 months and not they have declined org bonus as well to be paid to employees. In the name of increment, penny amount of hardly 3-5% is giving. Bench strength is increasing day by day . Silent layoffs are happening for people who are on bench for more than 6 months

Nagarro provides remote job for some projects. Also tax declaration process is also good. You can opt for Carporate nps, and many more. Leave policies are also good.

Dislikes

Bench is hell. Allocation process is really terrible. There are dry promotions mostly and hike in salary is like only tax increased not inhand salary. In the name of organizational bonus they did salary cut i.e. 3% of fixed component. Most of Clients projects have old techstack. No work life balance due to bad clients. They fired most of employees while market was down.
