Middle Management Beurocratic mindset No process outlay and very lament approach when execution required. Few are working very hard and others are like parasites feeding upon their work. Process differs as per the convenience of Middle management.

...the want .choose your company wisely .I made a mistake by choosing this comoany.They will hire you for good salary and then suddenly tell you that client is rude and can abuse you.They took small projects and after that they will fire you.they will not look into your feedback once you complete your project and sit on bench for one week.If you have responsibilities at home dont choose this company.You have to attend unnecessary meeting on bench where their ceo will regret about the layoff.So choose the company not the money.

Nothing to like. Giving 24*7 Support for complete week, even 3 AM IST. Hired for development work, and after 1 month they put me in support maintenance project with devops work.

The company environment is tooo good. The compensation and benefits were amazing. You will get support to learn new things that will eventually benefits employee growth. The work from anywhere concept is the best that makes this company a best place to work.

Due to wfh, the usual connect with the team are less. The people are more involved at the client site. We usually doesn't have much connect with the company's or team members.
