Project Allocation experience can be improved, More onsite opportunities can be given. Should not be not much difference in the salaries of a new person with same experience than the existing employee.

- Very less onsite opportunities. - Meetings overflow. - Sometimes office hours are stretched.

...tastic. The company provides lot of avenues & opportunities to up skill oneself. There are enough options to save on tax and higher in-hand salary. The company is expanding at a fast rate now that it has also gone public.

Dislikes

There are hardly any long term or even short term on site opportunities. The company needs to do much more in terms of building IPs, credentials to get big ticket projects.

Good learning at mid level experience like less than 6-7 years.Great atmosphere, fast moving projects, better compensation compared to average pay master. Flexible working hours of just 5 hours, no limit on wfh. No variable compensation.Transport facility is good. Good salary structure for maximising tax benefits

Dislikes

Compensation has become in par with market. No more on the higher side.Not great appraisals. Too many tnm projects with resources deployed at Offshore client location. The clients are small companies. Not many enterprise projects

...leave then 5% of your ctc is cut - poor work life balance avg working hours are 14-15, will be extended on project release - no salary hike on promotion - 2 days paternity leave only - no good tech projects mostly consulting projects where you work with other companies as external consultant on payroll of nagarro - no policy to change project if you r dissatisfied, only policy on paper but rejected everytime - HR does not even care to reply on queries
