There is no fixed policy and over politics and they believe and give more salary whoever not working in the company. They give less salary for good working people. Also they are not keeping good people in their company.

Office staff and factory staff handle with different management .new joining staffs small experience in our company but high salary, 5 years and more experience in this company staffs low salary.
