Management especially chandru pandian, Bussiness Head. He is such a vengance person and so much of partiallity he shown towards employees but not for few peoples. He give promotion as a team leader to unknowledgeble person like kali and he will give WFH option to the MIS team but if other team ask anything he will show the attitude towards them and he will not treat them well. I openly state that shankar, karthick swaminathan, ganesh is deserve to be the business head instead of chandru. They are good knowledge in sales and good human beings, embodying the qualities of a true managers. There is a clear difference in a skilled manager like shankar sir, karthick , ganesh versus chandru, who lacks professional skills and seems more focus on sharing stories about his experiences with Russian women's than achieving sales goals.
