I came to know about mymegaminds through internshala ad. I have been working since jan 2020. If u are good in academics writing, u will enjoy working here. My job is to write Universities assignments here( Manly UAE universities). I don't get much time to write assignments as I go to college as well., However I mange to write more than 20 assignments in a month, which is worth 15000-18000 INR. So its good for college going students . Extreme felixibilty. U will be paid in 12-13 days, which is itself quite good. So far I am enjoing the work. Let see what happens later.

Dislikes

Sometimes u may get salary in 20-25 days instead of 14-15 days. U may feel sometimes,there is lack of coordination among moderators and CCs. Rest is good. Don't have any grudge other than these.

...ra 2.They overwork you and expect you to work for 6 days a week without fail. 3. Sick off days you will be cut from your salary. 4.They have poor working conditions and they don't care about employees, all they care about is how much they make. 5. Parul is in charge of payment, she is so rude, likes complaining, and speaks her language in WhatsApp group

1. You will get to talk to a lot of people. Can be a platform to build your communication skills. 2. Learn a lot of different subjects. 3. Work From Home.

...nt. 4. You have to work 6 days a week, no holidays for festivals, or Sundays. 5. If you take sick leave there will be a pay cut. 6. Employees are not treated well, you are expected to do what is told and nothing more or less.

...’ll have your ear yelled off and completely devalued as a human being. 3. The hours are extremely long, 5-1:30, and they’ll make you work extra time without any compensation. You can not even take paid sick leaves. 4. Do not join the company if you want to keep your mental peace intact. I couldn’t last for more than a month due to how bad the environment was.

The environment is super good and people are helpful. The pay scale is also very nice with several incentives. It's the best place for both personal and professional development and fit for people from all backgrounds. Even academic professionals can work during their part time. Pay scale is better than most of the similar organisations.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, I personally love the way the organisation is running. It's very transparent and tutor friendly.
