Everything. 1. There is no management, it is very dictatorial with the person who owns the company (KAUSLENDRA KUMAR) disparaging employees on a regular basis, abusing employees and threatening to constantly “fine” anyone and everyone for anything and everything. Soon, he might even fine employees here for breathing. You never knowwith that maniac. 2. The work culture is toxic. There is no appreciation or help from anyone. But one mistake and you’ll have your ear yelled off and completely devalued as a human being. 3. The hours are extremely long, 5-1:30, and they’ll make you work extra time without any compensation. 1. Poor Management. Lacks Professionalism. 2. You will be asked to do work that is outside your role. 3 People are a bit rude, especially the top management. 4. You have to work 6 days a week, no holidays for festivals, or Sundays. 5. If you take sick leave there will be a pay cut. 6. Employees are not treated well, you are expected to do what is told and nothing more or less.

Overall pathetic experience. Plz beware of such fraud companies who try and over exploit you. There is no such thing as job security as you are removed from the team without prior intimation. There is no culture of offer letter. The owner has serious anger issues. The work culture is pathetic. You are demeaned almost every hour and your self esteem is pinned down every time he looses reins over his anger. There are no policies for employees in this company whereas they have 100 rules for imposing fine. Everyone working in this company ends up leaving the company in 2-3 months max. Some moderators are friendly and will try to help you as much as possible. That, however, is an exception. You gain some knowledge of quite a few subjects, especially business management. You make new friends.
Dislikes
The management is egregiously poor. They have zero tolerance towards their own employees. The upper management totally lacks empathy. They will lash out at everything and will hold content editors or moderators accountable for their own misunderstandings and mistakes. Their clients are basically rich entitled kids from the UAE who are often incapable of understanding the assignment requirements posted by themselves, which is ultimately also blamed on the content editors. The management has very high expectations from content editors who are paid a measly amount for ridiculously long shifts, extended work hours, working on their weekly off days, and carrying out responsibilities of other employees as well. You hardly get even 30 minutes of a break for a 9-hour shift, during which also you are flooded with calls from the moderators. They will cut pay for every sick day taken and are extremely miserly when it comes to payment, despite themselves making way too much money. They often delay payments and you're forced to ask them, for which they shamelessly judge you. You will have nightmares of the upper management berating you randomly. 1. The management is very poor. And this is not a lie. The person at the top has anger management issues, the senior director is not qualified enough. Although I guess among the three people at the top, Ranjeet is a good guy. 2. Shift timings are terrible and strict 3. Workload is so non-uniform, and November and April are the worstto be working here. You won't even be able to breathe easily. 4. Benefits are nil. However, they did pay a measly sum as a bonus for the assignment season 5. Management does not listen to employee's issues 6. The lack of professional etiquette is huge. 7. No respect for employees from the senior execs 8. The management will impose fine on you for no fault of yours. 9. They do not understand the term "no tutor is able to take up the task because they haven't studied". They just want the work done. 10. Shifts are sometimes variable. You'll end up working a couple of hours extra every night during Assignment season, which you won't get paid for 11. Although it is WFH, you'll end up hating the job. 12. Severe lack of management choices. Termination of the entire content editing team is an example. These are enough for now I guess...Read More

What I feel here is that if u are good/very good in academic writing, U will be paid very good amount. The moderators here will give u many assignments provided u are good. Last year I earned 5.6 lakh approx just by doing assignments/IPAs. If u are not good the boss here will kick u out. So before joining, make sure u are good in wrting assignments. Absolutely nothing. They don't know how to spean to a person, something Ranjeet Yadav extends the hiring process and speaks in a unprofessional way. They claim they provide assignments for Dubai clients but the mediators do not know how to speak english?

Everything. Beware of Ranjeet Yadav. He spits cuss words. He doesn't know how to speak, he will demean you and your skills on the first day of interaction. They are non existent on google platforms. Do not apply here unless you're craving for destructive criticism. Ranjeet wastes your time, asks for samples and doesn't even go through them. My job is to write Universities assignments here( Manly UAE universities). I don't get much time to write assignments as I go to college as well., However I mange to write more than 20 assignments in a month, which is worth 15000-18000 INR.
