... are a fresher, you can work there if you need money,if you need Skill,A Big No. 5]Don't expect salary on proper date. Delayal of salary and Incentives is frequently increasing. 6] if you hit targets, everyone will praise you,or they will be treating you as a SHIT. 7]you are not going to get your full and final settlement, but you have to work like something on Notice period.

Diversity was decent, in terms of male-female ratio. Main details are in Dislikes section.

... If you give a deadline for your task, they try to shorten even that timeline. No overtime salary at all. Got opportunity to work here via college placements. That was the worst day of my career. We were promised 8-12 LPA post completion of our probation and when time came, they ended being short of funds and ultimately didn't convert us. They went with 2/5 people with only 8 LPA and didn't even let negotiate. The 3rd guy only got converted after 4 months of extra probation with only 5 LPA, and not even 8. What a disgrace! They made a joke out of us and personally ended up sabotaging my career! Took me at least 5 years behind everyone and I was even from a good college! Nowadays, they are paying Full-Stack Developers even less than the Front-End Developers, if it couldn't get anymore ridiculous. Shift started at 10 am and we rarely could leave before 8:00 to 8:30 pm. Sales and Business Development had it worse who would leave around 9:30 - 10:00 pm each night with only Sunday off. And many more toxic things ended up happening there, which I don't even have time to mention. Better stay away from this company at any cost!

Their HR and Finance is literally the worst, they do not send the salary, stipend and Incentives on time, and in my case its been nearly 6 months i have not received my FNF. These two department if micro managed and they did their part properly, i wouldn't have given a bad review over this.

...every 30 min or an hour you can join this company as a BOE, absolutely pathetic. No benefits and unless and until you clear the probation period you don't get offered the complete salary. I repeat "DO NOT" join this company if you come from an engineering background or a technical background absolutely horrendous. They will use your contacts to make them pay for their absolutely worthless courses.

Everything. The only thing good about this organisation and this job role is that you get treated to dominos pizza at the day of your induction
