After Resgin i don't have single call from HR side. During Notice period your senior not allowing to participate in Employees Engagement programs. Even you have surve 90 days notice period during this period your seniors start touching. You have complete surve 90 days, notice period at the time of F&F you will not get full amount. In this organization HR is not responding HR department is very lazy. HR & Senior is force to complete a survey of great place to work. That is not good

...were used. That means training sessions was excellent. Now it has become poor. Poor salary and Poor appraisal salary would be in between 12k-15k. Forget about job security. Good company for learning purposes only if you go through your KRAs, shift rotations and other seniors KRAs. Overall Good company to start, Low package, Fixed timings 9-5.30, Low increments

It's most convenient working time and travel distance for especially women. Hence I personally feel security in this job.

CSE are getting lower salary. I would like to increase their salary and promotions.

only one think its salary package. company have to look in to this matter. im working here from past 10 years then also im not getting the good packege as per my vintage and experience.This is the one and only problem with my company.
