Time is very good for girls as well as for boys too . Job will be secure when u will complete all ur targets and give business and the work culture is very pathetic everyone's fight for others businesses. If u saw staff were doing mistake and u want to share with manager then manager will listen to that staff instead of u .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is ok bt career growth is very slow. If you want to complaint about any staff who is doing illegal work which is against company rule than also the seniors will take action against u not to that staff. They play mind game against u so u can't take action against anyone or they will pressurized u for resignation.

The work culture and environment of the company which is very good compared to other one company and policies also I have an my own experience about this company for 3 year which is very good !

I had given my 3 year to the company but here salary and career growth and opportunity is too slow which doesn't get the chance to growth career !

... 3months.. you work there n within 3months you search for another organisation.. they offer lowest salary in the market.. and on top of it you'll have to serve 2months or 3months resignation period and after that also they will not provide you ur reliving letter n even your full n final settlement will not happen.. they take year to do Full and final settlement.. I was the employee here after 2 years I gave resignation fir better opportunity but m lacking behind only because I don't have reliving letter.. even after 4 months and tones of followups with them they arey not giving me my reliving letter and my salary.. so think before you join.. here no one will help you manager area manager regional manager no one.. worst company it is.. u better seat home rather you join in muthoot Fincorp.. if you join you will regret it till your alive mark my words.. they are totally unprofessional and behave rediculous.. THINK BEFOR YOU JOIN MUTHOOT FINCORP LTD

Company is great no dought ,I am working here last 1.5 years and I see some people have two faces and changing their own words according to the situation. All over great !

Working timing is good, and salary is always come on time.

In this company salary increment is done according to the outstanding of the branch, so the new staff who join in a smaller branch will not get any benefit. If increment is done according to the outstanding of the branch then the vintage staff should get a bigger branch according to their individual score card or there should be shuffling of all employees every 2 years.
