There is no negative star in this options that's why I gave single star otherwise it's very bad work culture

Company has lot of internal politics, no staff benefits, no support from the management giving salary and get back themselves by the way of login days very worse company not even settle the staff benefits at the earliest, no proper work culture etc..,

Over target pressure and internal politics attitude audits .over rules if you exit the rules company recovered some amount your salary if you not clear audit reports they'll recovered your salary .

I had a worst experience. undergone lot of mind pressure.work pressure.very less salary even for manager.no incentive.in the name of lock down they haven't given incentive or diwali bonus...but still Muthoot company always gains profit.

Work culture is bad , we will not get the salary which is mentioned in the offer letter , there is no work balance even we have to work in Sunday's also . Heavy work pressure. There is no job security
