First is salary stracture is not good for fresher like d.e.t and g.e.t employee. Second is shift schedules change every week so due to this is not better for a healthy body.

High work pressure. Salary is too less. Corrupted management. Managementis playing many fraud things to not give sufficient salary to the employees and taking many contract people as labour in order to avoid the allowance n pf. Worst culture. They are only focus on output. They are not take care of how the employees work. Not giving any facilities to the employees. And forced to attend the training classes after work. Forcing to do double duty if the manpower is not enough

Huge work pressure. Corrupted management. Less salary

...ment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
