A good company for 0-2 year experience candidates. Should survive in Multivista for at least 2 years, so that you can learn lot of things technically. Can learn a better work culture.

Dislikes

No work life balance. More excel works. Heavy pressure from the management. Should not work for more than 2years. No job security. Useless ABU VP and have no market knowledge. Simply commands to make engineers more uncomfortable. Don’t know exact field scenario. Even TL and managers know their engineers stuff and market demand but no use.

The way of learning is very worst.They push us to a customer without providing any training also they know very well we don't know nothing ..still they send us. After we bear all these then we became a master of Rockwell also get good opportunity in abroad.This was i faced there.But now am in good place because of Multivista

Managment should not take tough discussion based on the Reporting boss feedback ., Now I am layed off from company now my life is under dark ..I worked nearly for 10 years and worked very hard each day . Before taking tough discussion management / HR team should have a word what the employee is going through ..

Full Supprt about on site works and best place to learn new things and visit new places and every year get together meet up from from all branches and getting bones and insensitive.

How much ever we give our best, can’t move to next position and some peoples not understand workers struggles
