Very poor appraisals, not a pay master, no extra perks, not very employee friendly in terms of benefits, flexibility for work from home etc

Salary was as per industry standard and job security was there.

Company culture was horrible with cuss words in every communication. Blame game was always there. Bootlickers stayed on without doing anything for years.

...mportant. The fight with departments will turns you to look SOP for a evidence. Don’t work for the salary part just grab the Standards and move if you’re a fresher that’s what I did and it's still remains with me

As everyone knew that Organization doesn't give best appraisal to who working from long back, that would be main reason to quit.

Culture is good. Company policies are good. Salary hike and bonus are not bad.

Dislikes

Low career growth. No time will given for new joiners to understand the things. You will have to involve in work from day 1 onwards.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
