The company gave me my carrier breakthrough and i love it. MTN Nigeria provides opportunity of working with a lot of people from different backgrounds which make the workplace a fun place to be. The company is widely open to latest technology in mobile telecommunication and striving hard to be the best among the rest.

Work volume is high but compensation is not good enough.

Work life balance, compensation and benefits. We are always implementing new technologies all the time. currently am doing championing migration of 450TB EDW database from Supercluster T4-4 to Supercluster M8. M8 is the latest Oracle Engineering System.

Dislikes

Politics which means too much of eye service. I don't believe in office politics, I do my work according to the company SLA.

The company has significantly help to enhance call quality on MTN network. The company subsists on the core brand values of Leadership,relationship,integrity,innovation and can do it, it prides itself on its ability to make the impossible possible, connecting people with friends,family and opportunities.

Mtn will give you enough training that will help you inside and outside Mtn.

I think growth rate in some department is a major concern e.g Customer Relations. There are people that spent more than 10 years as a supervisor, this could lead to frustration and low productivity.
