They treat employee like slave, u would able to learn patience and importance of loosing freedom. Make ur life so tough that everything seems easy for u except doing job here. Owner of this company is hardly 10th pass and become a businessman by money earned by a tools shop established by his father. They stick with that culture now..Lalaajee.

Dislikes

Spoiling carrier, late salary, deduction in salary as well expenses. Full & final settelment not here. Top management never entrtain u. Senior management all chaaplose who don't care abt company benifit.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are cooperative and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, valuations are fair and they give good salary increment and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management does not address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. New employees are not given training on the job.
