If you want your job to be nothing like you want, this is the conpany for you. Workmen has more than twice the salary than the staff. They don't have any responsibilities and even if you dont do the job, just make your boss happy.. that'll give you more increments annually than working staff.

Secured Job, decent salary, decent increment, location is great.

Bonus is sub standard (16k per year), no salary correction if market salary increases, slow growth, No work from home and No perks at all. Micro managing is there. No grievances addressal.

Amenities are excellent. Leave policy is good. Low work load.

Dislikes

Low salary is given to experianced staff. New joinees have a lot of salary more than people working there for even more than 10 years. Not adaptive to changes. Management Won't listen to lower staff's opinions or suggestions
