1. No Salary increment from last 4 years in any department, 2. Multiple manager hierarchy, 3. Unnecessary internal PF process, 4. Benefits like Internet bill reimbursement are only on paper, 5. Rude hiring HRs (Negotiate as higher as possible while joining only, because once you join in- you'll not get anything) 6. Unskilled managers or management (not all but some), 7. Appreciations happen only on email, the rewards system (money based) stopped from Q1 2023, you'll get certificates to post on social media/LinkedIn 😁 8. Quarterly bonus will be received only if "whole team" performs better & if your client is 100% happy. Else, forget it. (It doesn't matter how smart/hard you worked

There is no good things about company

I had been working with mphasis from 2.5 year since I joined I siding get any benifits apart from salary and management as worst TL’s (Geethamma SH, SriRanjini,Saravanan) are behave like managers and they won’t let employees to work peacefully. HR (Ashwini david) also worst like anything she won’t bother about employees concern. Overall not at all good experience.

Currently am work as snowflake sql data engineer in a reputed MNC with a package of 15 LPA and have an experience if 7+years.Am planning to put my papers because of the work culture of my org and respective client, shorter timelines for complex projects,politics in work environment, too much parallelism, expecting employees to be available any time they want and the way projects are planned , leading to working weekends,no proper hikes,employee is expected to work on mulitiple projects at same time and meetings for hours and hours.Am planning to resign first and then start search because right now am about to start in a new proj and if i delay i will not get the breathing space to take any decision, i have to work late nights,even for one day leave due to any personal issue is big a deal.last two projects were really nightmares to me so am planning to do so. Also unless i resign i dont think will get time to do anything, first lets get something and then resogn is not at all working.
Please do suggest the the prosand cons of this idea of mine
