Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

Work life balance is not that bad.

...salary progression is very slow(almost negligible). No hikes since last 3 years. Variable pay is never given and they state that company is not performing well if you question them. Clients are God. No matter how ridiculous there demands are, management will agree to it without any questions. One of the worst insurance policies.

...t allowance No allowance or leave for working on weekend. No Promotions at all. No variable pay(Sometimes 0% & sometimes max 22%) Dumb HRs who doesn't know how to select candidates for the role. And keep on sending candidates for interview without checking whether the employee(who will take the interview) is free or not, Not worried about client deliverables. Worst Management who support HRs and do not care about client deliverables..They just want revenue so keep sending candidates for interview. Just revenue focused company do not know how to manage things.

No Hikes, More Work but same salary, Worst Higher Management they don't value your contributions at all. your nothing for them at last treat like very bad. Learn & get experience and leave as soon as possible.

...out any work ethics and appreciation then it will be a memorable for your life. If you ask Management for Hike then will tell company is in losses but every quater then post profits with out giving hikes and variable pay to employees. No extra pay to employees even though you support at night or early morning. Should go to office hybrid model even though you support for production support or took leave/holiday remaining days you should login. Back to back releases feels stress/pressure work life no work balance.

...alance environment. Conditional Compoff even though full team work on same day. Very less percentage of Variable pay(max 20 percent) For all quarters irrespective of performance. Income tax filing also they will no consider HRA and your personal bills cones under 80C. Overall better to skip this company instead of joining else ask more package.
