There is nothing good here, join only if there is no other offer and better work options, It's not at all a good place to work as company doesn't care for its employees growth in any manner like professional career or salary/incentive,.all that matters to the company is make more profit at any cost

Space not sufficient here avoid joining Mphasis No work-life balance No hike, no promotion No career growth No good coding/development practice it's all out put oriented development who cares for good scalable modularized easy maintenance readable code !

Job security, they have some good clients across the different verticals Mid size It company Job security Work life balance purely dependent on project, account, and the team you're working

No hikes 2 months bench policy after that 50% pay No promotion Even they are not giving variable pay for almost 2 years

...id reasons. There is no cab or food or shift allowance. Not recommended to join. No variable pay from 3 years and no hike so always assume salary less than your CTC. They also hold salary at the time of exit so beware. Minor laptop issue then they ask to pay for full laptop price. Pretty much a chindi company avoid at all cost.

After 2 months of bench your salary would be half and after more three months you have to go on a sabbatical leave.

I wouldn't suggest this, except if someone is looking for salary perks, work life balance is horrible. Higher management doesn't look for the employee concerns.

Higher management. I worked in a project which was in RED, and no public holidays or leaves. Have to listen all kind of rubbish from the manager. Even lead resource is treated as jr developer.
