Hi I am working for last 18 years. I have being aligned to various project for job security, for career growth prospective. Working with this company is really very good I have learned lot of new skills being in this company. Management team is also very supportive. Regarding company policy looks goods but still if some improvement can be made considering employee point of view can be made in terms of Bench policy, Shift allowance as per market value, Training and certification reimbursement to encourage employee to upgrade their skill Encash leave balance at the end of the year, some valuable appreciation token etc

Dislikes

Company is good everything is good with this company. Compensation is very very low which disappoint us to change our mind. After working honestly and sincerely from last so many years my package compare to market value is too less.

Complete work from home or hybrid options available in quite few projects

No salary revision for 3 years in a row making employees unhappy. Shift allowance policy is bad compared to industry standards. Bench policy worst with sabattucal from 2nd month onwards on bench.

it is all you luck if you are in good project and team members, you will get chance to enhance your skills, they are few Big clients Mphasis have where the project and work is going more than 10-15 years, will go on at least another 5 years. decent mid-size IT company,

... hike , most of them did not receive any pay hike or rise for 3 years in a row they don't give variable pay as promised No promotions, typical service based worst bench policy company growth is very slow, not many big clients are not adding

Very Bad Bench Policy. There is Paycut 50 % and 100% if you are in Bench for more than 1 month. No Appraisal for last 2 years No Variable is paid since last 1 year.

Some of the great leaders to work with & learn from, but only if you are luck. Most leaders just follow rule book and don't think out-of-the box

Dislikes

...away without doing any work No delivery leaders owns people care & their growth. They don't have any authority on matters like salary hike and say everything is driven from 'top' ! No recognition or a thought for old timers even if they deserve much more salary or better role.
