Mostly outsourcing. And most of the clients are indian. But even if you are working at client side, HR and DH connects with you frequently. They try to resolve the concerns raised in these meetings.

Should improve pay scale. And increment percentage. Should avoid favouritism while rewarding.

Everything, absolutely no pay hikes and promotions, no bonus, no allowance, sometimes you don't even get full salary, forget VP, Toxic management and culture, worst HR system and of lot of things, everything bad you can imagine about a company exists in Mphasis.

No salary hikes from past 5 years. No promotions. If you ask, they will tell you that please change company. We are in loss. Others companies are firing their employees. But, we are not.

...lic holidays and get paid by clients but poor employee are not any single penny.No career growth and promotion ,if we ask about hike they will simply tell same dialogue from 3 years "No hike this time, we're trying ''

Collaborative environment - The company fosters a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among employees. Work life balance health and job satisfaction was there.

Dislikes

Considering tenure employees and experience need to pay attention on scale as per market standards which is potential drawback. Being higher outside they need to pay attention on stay back experience employees.
