Too many Dislike. 1 ) No hike given from 4years. Churan what given by CEO is fun to listen and laugh out Loud. Complete year on Year profit company earn is 14%(16,000 + Corore) which is too good, but Churan they gives is 1st Quarter is in loss which is just 100Cr less than last year(that means they earn profit but 100cr less than last year). Are they thinking only one quarter we work? 2) Once your billing end by Client they remove you immediately and because of you they earned good money still they forcefully ask you to leave. Those who are responsible to bring new business they are safe even though they are fail to bring new business new project.

They are good at giving hike while hiring people. When you join they will approach you well and tag you in project by putting more efforts.

Dislikes

...will treat you like a hell, there bench policy is worst, no job security at all. After come onto bench they will pay only 2 months after that they will cut off your pay 50% and after 4 months on bench 0% pay. No job security at all, also they will never approach you to get the project same as they did at the initial phase.

I didn't like anything because even after working hours you will get call from your manager to complete task

Salary structure, No appraisal since 2 years, No Recognition and unwanted compliance call every day even if you busy at client place and if not attending then threatened by manager that your rating is going to be 2 and that will impact your performance bonus...not recommended

I dislike Salary & Benefits and Promotions / Appraisals about working at Mpahsis as the Salary & Benefits are not very competitive and Promotions / Appraisals are irregular.
