I liked about Mphasis: Exposure to MNC client projects, and learning latest technology, excellent compensation.

Dislikes

I disliked about Mphasis : * I was in a North American project where I had to work in day shift for two weeks and night shift for another two weeks, in a month. Night shift is difficult and affects a person's work life balance and health very badly. * No matter how well a person works, one does not get more than 2 out of 5 in an appraisal. * Promotion is very difficult

As a company you will get salary on time,

Dislikes

The peoples who are working since more than 10 years will not allow you to grow. The policy of HR is none over there your manager is everything, you cannot complaint against your manager because the HR will not understand a willing to understand bad things about your manager. As a work balance no one care how much you're working hard but they need only 1 point show the management you are bad. The people mind set are very very bad.

Dislikes

Everything, absolutely no pay hikes and promotions, no bonus, no allowance, sometimes you don't even get full salary, forget VP, Toxic management and culture, worst HR system and of lot of things, everything bad you can imagine about a company exists in Mphasis.

Colleague is good.

Dislikes

No salary hikes from past 5 years. No promotions. If you ask, they will tell you that please change company. We are in loss. Others companies are firing their employees. But, we are not.

There's nothing to be like in this organisation need to upgrade alot

...lic holidays and get paid by clients but poor employee are not any single penny.No career growth and promotion ,if we ask about hike they will simply tell same dialogue from 3 years "No hike this time, we're trying ''
