It is adviced not to go in third party or company contract. Salary is very low. Working hours and travel from city is around 13 hrs avg. Poor appraisal. Expect to come on Sunday also. Worst politics.

All employees who have left the company have always given a better feed back for LTHE when compared to the other organizations they work for.

LTHE is not a pay master. Its average salary is less than the salary of other competitive companies. The most disappointing thing is the Saturday half day working, which drains out lot of energy. Saturday and Sunday is the time to rejuvenate and that what is missing here. Employees do not get adequate rest due to this.
