...fficult to get new project while we sitting in bench period. You can get only 2.5 month salary during the bench period, then we will be moving to sabbatical period(No Salary, but we're in Mphasis employee).It also based on your last year ratings which was given by manager.

Work life balance is good, Manager is comparative and Leave approvals are not at all Hard (if any pending). Learning is good. Team mates and work culture is average.

Dislikes

No salary Hikes for years. No increments and appreciation. Once selected please come with high package already so that , no worries till next few months/year.

Package you can get decent here while joining. Have good clients you can explore and work on latest technologies.

Annual increment and hikes are difficult and very rarely you will get increments. So you can give thought on that.

Very worst organisation They don't pay single rupee while we r on bench We r on project also we don't get any variable benefits Basically there are no projects in company When we r leaving company as we r not freshers also they are throwing us Charges for getting relieving letter also from company I don't recommend this company at all

I didn't like anything. It's not very bad place to work either. Just you will carry so much dissatisfaction.

We don't have any salary increments or promotions in last 2 years. They didn't even pay our variable pay. Bench policies are below average. Communication with employees is almost very less.
