...ave expected as per the companies reputation and cafeteria was just average, co. policies are good, appraisals are not good and salary hike is also very low nad I never heard about bonus, allowances.

No, Mphasis is a best company to make good career. But, companies Senior management has to focused in some specific processes to improve there management there are lot of issue like, work, projects, internal politics and ignorance of any employees genuine concerns.

To be frank I'm just ok with their package as compared to other companies but still there is no additional benefits like night shift allowance or bonus.

As a customer chat agent it's really challenging task to work almost 7:45 hours constantly on 3 concerency which will break down our mental health and cause stress and also shif part they will continuously changes according to their need they will not even ask agents that they are comfortable or not and also there will be a huge difference in shifts life one month day shift and next month will be night shift which will cause for health, sleep and peace. If you are looking for peaceful work I would recommend every one to not choose customer support domain in Mphasis.

Culture in the company is good and they have multiple business LOB's and if you are lucky you can be moved to another business through other programs.

Dislikes

...ssue perks like other companies. No night shift allowance and no food allowance. Cab available however a certain amount will be deducted from your salary every month.

I was offered a package of 6.7lpa at the time of salary discussion, with the understanding/assurance that after all the deductions I would be getting 47k inhand. When I received my offer letter my package is 5.7lpa, I spoke to them about the same and they said this is the best we can offer. Why did you guys wasted my time if you can’t afford to pay? I would suggest everyone not to work with this organisation.
