To be frank I'm just ok with their package as compared to other companies but still there is no additional benefits like night shift allowance or bonus.

As a customer chat agent it's really challenging task to work almost 7:45 hours constantly on 3 concerency which will break down our mental health and cause stress and also shif part they will continuously changes according to their need they will not even ask agents that they are comfortable or not and also there will be a huge difference in shifts life one month day shift and next month will be night shift which will cause for health, sleep and peace. If you are looking for peaceful work I would recommend every one to not choose customer support domain in Mphasis.

Culture in the company is good and they have multiple business LOB's and if you are lucky you can be moved to another business through other programs.

Dislikes

...ssue perks like other companies. No night shift allowance and no food allowance. Cab available however a certain amount will be deducted from your salary every month.

...t & culture . Team leader also very supportive. & The management is transparent. Company policies are good , the give good salary hike & appraisal every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

For the early phase company provided additional amount as Hardship allowances in the salary which really helped me to do some food donations and other things. I worked more than working hours to meet my goals and then have donated other remaining money to needy people.

There is nothing to dislike. Everytime I entered I felt secure.

The only drawback of Mphasis is it's pay scale.. everything else is just fantastic. The learning, opportunities within the company, environment, growth is what makes people stay..

Pay scale is not good. Plus the compensation is also not at par
