Everything, absolutely no pay hikes and promotions, no bonus, no allowance, sometimes you don't even get full salary, forget VP, Toxic management and culture, worst HR system and of lot of things, everything bad you can imagine about a company exists in Mphasis.

Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

Dislikes

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

...rojects 4. Worst ODC policies 5. Worst Health insurance rules and regulations 6. WORST BENCH Policies, like Half salary and No Salary. you never get a salary if bench cross 60 days 7. Worst administration 8. Company management behaves like miser 9. Third class mentality high level hierarchy 10. If you keenly observe the Mphasis is such a worst company among all for example, a. Last block in the SEZ b. Last floors in the SEZ c. Last parking in the cellar d. Very limited parking for 4 wheelers

Currently am work as snowflake sql data engineer in a reputed MNC with a package of 15 LPA and have an experience if 7+years.Am planning to put my papers because of the work culture of my org and respective client, shorter timelines for complex projects,politics in work environment, too much parallelism, expecting employees to be available any time they want and the way projects are planned , leading to working weekends,no proper hikes,employee is expected to work on mulitiple projects at same time and meetings for hours and hours.Am planning to resign first and then start search because right now am about to start in a new proj and if i delay i will not get the breathing space to take any decision, i have to work late nights,even for one day leave due to any personal issue is big a deal.last two projects were really nightmares to me so am planning to do so. Also unless i resign i dont think will get time to do anything, first lets get something and then resogn is not at all working.

Please do suggest the the prosand cons of this idea of mine
