... than 3 months and again you will be realeased on bench . Bench policy is worst.only 2 months salary then they will stop your salary. Talent fullfillment group is of no use. The talent partners don't help and they will push you to join those project where others don't want to join from the company .They won't reply to your emails . Project managers don't produce any deliverables and get their work also reviews from BA. Business Analyst are asked to do testing and project management job .DM comes to office at 2 pm. Account managers will only take resources and release of filling stops. There are no appraisal discussions done . HR won't help you .

Dislikes

Project allocation process, seat allocation is irritating process. They dont have any seats hence they send all emoloyees to client location . They dont provide travel expenses and will ask you to travel anywhere within mumbai with your own expenses.

Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

Your life will be easy if your manager is good. If not best of luck with your stress.

Being a very big company, no perk or benifits. Insurance policy sucks, you may need to pay a significant amount if you need a better one.

There is nothing good here, join only if there is no other offer and better work options, It's not at all a good place to work as company doesn't care for its employees growth in any manner like professional career or salary/incentive,.all that matters to the company is make more profit at any cost

Space not sufficient here avoid joining Mphasis No work-life balance No hike, no promotion No career growth No good coding/development practice it's all out put oriented development who cares for good scalable modularized easy maintenance readable code !

Job security is there, on the same hand there are no hikes and variable pays on the name of cost cutting is really terrible. If will get good clients or projects then may be these stats will change.

Dislikes

Work environment is not good, sometimes too much pressure will be there on employees, no management at all. Too much politics, client relations are also not good.
