...y want they will remove you. ->HR is treating himself like college principle. ->They are not providing you salary even you worked. -> They are providing average salary around 3-4 LPA. ->They have signed a bond , you are not allowed leave the company before two year. -> You need to pay 2.5 lakh rupees , if you want leave the company. -> If you are breaking the bond , they will sui you as per Tamilnadu Law. -> They will increase you work pressure as per requirement , but they will never increase your salary. -> They are changing extra in canteen food/ CAB charges and providing worst quality of food. ->They forced you to work 10 hour daily. -> If you planning to join this company , you are going to ruin your carrier and health.

Management is supportive and company focus on skill development

No work life balance, night shifts , low on employees cause extra burden on working ones, salary structure is less, some times you have to work extra hours, no festival holidays, they even call you on Saturdays or Sundays to work.

Learning scope, challenging cases, teammates, work environment.

Compensation is okay, it will take more time to move to next level. Moslty there will be complete night shift, so it is difficult to manage the Work-life balance. Work pressure is difficult to manage.

...d reaching out your BPHR will be your POC(Point of Contact). But in Movate here. If you have any issue related to your leaves or salary concern then if you drop a mail to your BPHR then they will simply cc your mail with your TL or manager email id. Means routing back to your TL or manager. They the BPHR will not even taken care about your concern. And when if you have done any blunder in your work or shift then BPHR will come forward with shoulder broad saying that "I am your BPHR and I will handle this issue in my hand". When you ping your BPHR in whatsapp or teams. He will see and will not repsond. And when you will call him he will talk in rude way why did you call me at this time. You don't know my shift timings. You should have asked me what is my shift timings etc etc. After facing this callenges once you escalate to next level HR manager then your issue will look into the proper way. Please don't take transport facility in movate as there transport management are irresponsible. They don't update the change in shift to the cab guy and when you ask for the can they will say we didn't have the update. You will get two calls one is from cab team that "are you coming" eventhough it was confirmed and second call from driver that "are you coming"?
