Though, not much leaves are allowed even if you get 24 leaves in a year. Of course, comp off needs to be approved by your manager. Job is pretty secure after completing 6 months, unless someone really messes up extremely bad.

2 years bond for most projects, not much work life balance due to rotational shifts, not much financial growth even with appraisal.

Employee friendly , higher level management is understanding, easy connectivity with high-level PPL means more follow ups are not required. Overall it is very best place to work.

No salary hike No compoff neither payment during extra shift. Poor work life balance SPOC don't want to talk even with experience employee regarding the issue on any matter. Payment is too low.

...ur career in Palo Alto TAC. 2. They will provide 3 months technical training. 3. Salary on time. 4. Two days off. 5. Learning wise this company is best. 6. If in Chennai you will have many tourists places you can visit.

1. If you have selected for Chennai location then there will be language barrier between u and other colleagues. 2. TL will be partial here unless you have a sound in technical then this will not be an issue. 3. Every month they conduct an assessment and based upon that management will decide whether you will be in or out. 4. Two years Bound is an issue but if you are technically sound then your time will pass like an air. 5. Food is an important issue here but if you cook yourself then you can skip this point. 6. Work pressure is there but if you are technically sound then it will not be an issue.
