No work-life balance. The pay doesn't match the compensation on the offer letter. No growth or improvement. Management is centric to a language and location. There a lot of politics and everything goes well if the employee is from their state.

Everything is well organised and colleagues are very supportive especially the Team Leads. You will not feel like you are working in an unstable environment. Really good working experience.

Dislikes

Salary for sure is expected more from the firm like this. Appart from this I cannot find any other flaw.

Low salary, not a good hike, HR and Managers are not friendly type and won't even pick the call. They never treat the employees equally.
