...more even if you have a exceptional skills and ratings - No transport service 1 way cab only ( paid ) - Lesser salary compared to other organisations - Rotational shifts - Night shift allowance is 150/- which is worst than what other companies pays - No goodies , No office supplies , No gifts on occasions - Management Dies to approve a single leave - You will be asked to work on holidays as well if you want off you need to request even for national holidays - Even if you lost company's Id card you will be asked to pay 250/- - No company Headphones to attend meetings yet they expect you to use noise cancellation headphones on your expense - No Subscriptions to learning portals - No trainings

A Growing company faces many choices that can either lead to success or result in failure. they are independent. working ahead for a higher level replacement right away. the system wont halt due to the loss of an employee they will planned immediately and assigned the responsibilities to the new individual labor.

Dislikes

The salary is very negotiable, but it doesn't really match the living costs suggested by the laws on papers. they only provide a minimum wage, which isn't enough considering the inflation rate in 2025 to meet social needs. Absconding resignation are also a significant issue I've noticed here, with a high turnover rate that management is struggling to lower, reaching as high as 10% or even more. The relationship between clients and management can also be seen as similar to the communication in organized versus unorganized sectors. The mindset of a manager often appears to prioritize profit over the well being of employees, it seems that the focus is primarily on f-gain rather than fostering the credibility and a healthy work environment, which i feel is a significant concern of iteration rate.

...d reaching out your BPHR will be your POC(Point of Contact). But in Movate here. If you have any issue related to your leaves or salary concern then if you drop a mail to your BPHR then they will simply cc your mail with your TL or manager email id. Means routing back to your TL or manager. They the BPHR will not even taken care about your concern. And when if you have done any blunder in your work or shift then BPHR will come forward with shoulder broad saying that "I am your BPHR and I will handle this issue in my hand". When you ping your BPHR in whatsapp or teams. He will see and will not repsond. And when you will call him he will talk in rude way why did you call me at this time. You don't know my shift timings. You should have asked me what is my shift timings etc etc. After facing this callenges once you escalate to next level HR manager then your issue will look into the proper way. Please don't take transport facility in movate as there transport management are irresponsible. They don't update the change in shift to the cab guy and when you ask for the can they will say we didn't have the update. You will get two calls one is from cab team that "are you coming" eventhough it was confirmed and second call from driver that "are you coming"?

Employee friendly , higher level management is understanding, easy connectivity with high-level PPL means more follow ups are not required. Overall it is very best place to work.
