Employee friendly , higher level management is understanding, easy connectivity with high-level PPL means more follow ups are not required. Overall it is very best place to work.

There is nothing to Like about CSS corp, After your project allocation the company will completely give up, No yearly hike, No promoting, no opportunities for learning and certifications. Its Bad experiences i am having with CSS corp Also, you will struggle a lot to get your reimbursement related like, Medical claims, monthly internet bills etc... Please do not join CSS.com if you’re experienced and looking for opportunities

No yearly hike, No yearly Bonus, No medical claim option, No learning opportunities (certification), No proper communication once you're deployed into projects

Based on the project only the pressure and everything will be happens here, learnings will be good

Low salary, not a good hike, HR and Managers are not friendly type and won't even pick the call. They never treat the employees equally.

Great career growth opportunity. Excellent salary if you can negotiate. You can easily report any bad behavior of managers with the HR or senior managers and they will work on getting it ratified.

Dislikes

... leaves approved though it changes when you spend more than 2 yrs in the team. No benefits apart from salary and no fun activities by HR. Health and life insurance is also low and not sufficient.
