On time salary. Fixed salary, no variable. Learning scope is good. Salary is ok or can say slightly better than the MNC. Good company for Telgu people. Good for people who wants to hide their pervious fake experience. Good for people who wants to growth quickly in their career. Like..Stay here for 5 years or more, you will be a manager for sure. Good growing company and has a good potential to become a big IT firm. Join this company if you are a Telgu guy or you have something from the above list to reach. Don't join if you are not a Telgu guy or coming from an MNC, else definitely you will miss something here.

Here, 80℅ people are here from AP or Telangana. Most of time in meeting they will talk in Telgu and they will not bother if you do not understand it.. 7-8 years exp. people will become manager, Sr. Manager or Director. So there is a big gap of experience to the role or low quality of work in management. Lets say the Head of the HR dept or HR Director of this company is just 9yrs of experience (in 2021) and (she has just a B.tech degree) You will feel some politics or regional feeling here. It's a start up, growing company. So.... They are mainly hiring people for their clients(for other IT Companies) means they don't have much in-house projects. If you are not tagged to any other clients then you will be in some in-house project but there, you will be working as a shadow resource for someone and there will be no job security. As per the job offer letter, Mouritech has a privilege to terminate you immediately and without any notice but when you resign you will have to serve a notice of 90days ( same in probation period also). Some time your HR will ask you for your LinkedIn or Tweeter to fallow or update Mouritech in your profile. Some time you will find fake people around you Or the Work quality or the program writing skill or writing codes is not so good when compare to other IT company's guys.). (These are my personal feelings about the company and if anything offended you then I apologize.

No proper management/heirarchical allignment. Your reporting manager don't know what you are doing because he is aligned and working on some other project.

#Company hierarchy is not organized. # 3 months notice period from the JOD. # No leave carry forward or encashment policy. # No benefit and compensation apart from salary. # No on-site. # lots of politics and regional feeling. Telgu people dominated(80%) company. # the company is running in chain of reference between friends and family. # it's a joke 5-8yr exp people will become Associate manager, manager and Senior Manager who are there for long time Or have some relative in big post. Also in this way will find some 9-14yr exp. director. # lateral or experienced people will not get proper role and responsibilities, will work like a shadow resource. Like tiger is working under cat. # people are tagged into multiple projects. So, in individual no one wants to take any ownership, there is a chaos or dis balanced, some are overloaded and some are free and away for 3-4 hrs. # they do out source some time to the other IT company and act like an agency. # No proper business process and documentations. If any audit happened, I am sure, would not get satisfactory marks. I mean it's messy and quality is not good. ------------------------------------------------------ Msg for CEO: Evaluate your higher management team, are they really capable and deserving? Are your sales team good enough to produce enough projects? Do you have anything for the measurements? Then it took 17yrs to reach just 2500emplyees and like this, people will come and go so after another 20years where will you reach? 6k Or 7k? Mouritech has a good potential if you sort out the above points or else me or some other company will acquire it before complete your calculation. :D

...working day and take the appropriate documents u need. Without any prior notice. If we are asking anything, they told as 45 days compensation will be provided. That’s it. Worst experience i had. Several persons got fired.
