Company politics and no salary for almost 6 to 8 months. They have shut down Mumbai offices too.

It has taught me a lot of things in my career, but bad thing was they have no respect for the employees, they don’t pay to the employees, that’s the reason they had to shut Mumbai’s office.

Worst company to work with. Horrible work culture. They dont pay you salary on time and even at times they dont pay you the salary only. No career growth and no team work. Chances of career growth and appraisal is too low. Had a very bad ecperience working with this company.

Everything - starting from work culture to the ending of everything about the organization.

... family... the owners are really humble and treats each one of us like family... salary on time, suggestions are welcome, given freedom to work, etc etc.

The company has potential to grow but they are committed to deliver only existing projects.

The work culture is very good and my fellow colleagues are very supportive. My seniors have always supported me and helped me in every situation. Today whatever I am is because of my seniors and the best part is they never stopped believing me. Over all it's a very professional organisation and I feel there is lot to learn from them as they never leaves my hand when I am shaky. The best part is I am enjoying what I am doing here and I feel like home when I come to work.

Dislikes

Nothing as such because I personally feel it's not possible for any organisation to satisfy every employee according to their needs.

Work culture is very good, company treat me not as an employee it treats like a family member, always try to sort out my problems, this company has downward communication method, which I really like it,

There is nothing much about dislike, one thing I suggest to extent the paid leave more.
