...ose my job regarding covid -19. They can save me but they are didn't support me. Many employees lost them basis salary. it's worse

Work-life balance is the top priority of the organization. Though the salary slab is a little bit lower side as compared to the market, mental satisfaction is the highest. Employees are very friendly and helpful. No politics in office. Flexible office timing, and hybrid mode of working. Sustainable life.

Nothing to dislike except the low slab level of salary.

... will interfere in your work. 2. Supportive seniors. 3. Good infrastructure. 4. Good salary. 5. Engineers will get experience in working on International projects and that too different regions.

1. Long working hours while working in Middle East projects.

Pay scale is above market average, work life balance is good may be because MNC culture. Equal opportunities for growth. Fair opportunities for growth, you have to be pro active.

Location is not suitable for travel, traffic wise

...ended due to work load. Working on Saturdays has to be optional and paid too. Salaries shall be offered considered experience too and not just based on previous package as many people had faced salary deduction due to covid pandemic and remained underpaid.
