Work-life balance is the top priority of the organization. Though the salary slab is a little bit lower side as compared to the market, mental satisfaction is the highest. Employees are very friendly and helpful. No politics in office. Flexible office timing, and hybrid mode of working. Sustainable life.

...ass their sub-ordinates and uses abusive languages to get the work done in time. Mott MacDonald for sake of paying less salary, are terminating experienced employees and engaging trainee or less experienced engineers. The quality of work is very poor due to this policy. Though Mottmac is a British owned company, the management is being looked after by Gujaratis. Not to mention, Gujju policy "chamdi jaaye par damdi na jaaye". They make the people to work 10-14 hours a day without paying for OT hours. Can't raise voice against them as they would be axed. People are tolerating because they have to pay their loans. However, many of them are looking to quit the job.

The work satisfaction is good , but the company not exactly know what is the exact criteria for employees grade updation & promotion. Company believe only for completing client commitment at any how, whether the manpower is available or not.. work load pressure is there.. Expanse is very different (almost double) from office to Office in ahmedabad Office & Mumbai Office for same grade, & same experienced person..

There is no recognition to the work, all the compensations and bonus will be for top managers. No HR support, no decent increments, too much work pressure.
